At Shoplarke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shoplarke account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed.
